Fostering connection, building community, and nurturing emotional well-being through the power of music at Grassroots Music Therapy.
Get In Touch With Your Roots
At Grassroots Music Therapy, we believe in the therapeutic use of music assisting people in meaningful connections. Through client-led experiences, music becomes a bridge, connecting you not only to yourself but also to those around you. It's not just about music; it's about using music as a tool to reminisce about the past and build meaningful connections and memories in the here and now.
Connection
Grassroots Music Therapy is dedicated to connecting people together through music as well as fostering one-on-one connections between therapist and patient.

Compassion
Grassroots Music Therapy shows compassion to everyone we serve, no matter who you are or what challenging circumstances you may face.

Hi, I'm Lindsey Zeisloft, a board-certified music therapist since 2017, and founder of Grassroots music therapy LLC. I live in Lawrence, Indiana with my husband and four furbabies. I am dedicated to enhancing the lives of the people in my community through the transformative power of music.
“Lindsey has partnered with the Abbie Hunt Bryce Home to serve several patients on hospice services. I have been fortunate to see her make a meaningful impact on several of our residents in the past year. Not only does her music bring so much light and joy into our hospice home, but she also helps people grapple with what is arguably the most difficult time of their lives."

"Music has a way of instantly contacting us with many of our tools and when it is coupled with some good narrative, it will sharpen and eliminate rust for many of these tools. Our sessions here at Sanders Glen are conducted by a skilled Music Therapist who has a natural but very effective approach to her job. Her sessions are fun but also productive and relaxing when everyday pressures start to overwhelm us."
